Celebrate the Spring 2018 Equinox with Martha Blane (Qigong for Life) in beautiful and wild Baja California. We are very excited to again host this wonderful retreat in our gorgeous natural, rustic location where we will focus on experiencing awakened universal energy within.
Using Zhineng Qigong theory and methods as our guide, our practices will strengthen our connection to the unified energy (qi) field to support our wholeness. We will have time to explore the wild nature of Baja and ourselves. We will also focus on rest and renewal to strengthen our resilience and well-being.

Plan on arriving before 4 pm on Monday, March 19th . Departure will be after breakfast on Saturday, March 24th.
Retreat size is limited to 10 – 16 participants, depending on accommodations.
